The team at Ability Plus can visit your home to assess your needs, and discuss with you the modifications or treatments to suit your individual circumstances.

Aged Care

For older clients a Home Visit may include:

• Assessment of the home and garden areas to prescribe rails, ramps or other modifications
• Recommendation of aids and equipment for increasing independence and safety
• Problem solving innovative solutions for poor mobility or memory loss
• Discussing assistance from Government or Private organisations to maintain people in their own homes
• Referrals to Rehabilitation providers and Handymen
• DVA, Private Health Funds and some Medicare Rebates may apply

Paediatric Care

For our younger clients, our Home Visits involve:

• Assessment of needs
• Prescription of treatment plan, if necessary
• Therapy sessions in the home
